Most event companies are really just coordinators. They take your brief, hand it to a rotating cast of freelancers, and hope everything shows up on time in the same condition it was quoted.
We started as production technicians. People who knew what it actually meant to rig a lighting system, calibrate a line array, build a stage, and run a show. We’d worked for other companies and seen firsthand the problems that come from fragmented supply chains, substituted gear, and crews pulled together from an app the week before.
So we decided to build a company where accountability is the foundation, not just a selling point. We built a permanent team of production professionals. We set the processes, the standards, and the culture of a production company that takes full responsibility for every event it produces.
