Our staging team works directly with your production designers, AV suppliers, and venue teams from the earliest planning stages. Because we also supply LED walls, lighting, and audio, our stages are built to carry them from day one – with rigging points, cable management, and structural capacity built in before anything else goes up.

    Every stage we build is specified to carry your lighting rig, LED wall, audio equipment, and talent safely. We don’t build a stage and then hope the production team can make it work. Load capacity and rigging integration are part of our brief from the start.

    We don’t show you a brochure and ask you to pick from three standard sizes. We design your stage around your event brief, your venue dimensions, and your audience layout. The inventory follows the design, not the other way around.

Our process

How our staging process works

  • Brief and Venue Survey

    We start with your event brief, floor plan, and technical rider. Our staging designer assesses load requirements, ceiling heights, sightline constraints, and integration requirements before producing any drawings or proposals.

  • Stage Design and Technical Drawing

    We produce a full staging design with dimensions, deck layout, leg heights, fascia specification, rigging points, and integration details for LED walls, lighting, and audio. You sign off the design before anything is built or loaded.

  • Pre-Build and Quality Check

    All staging components are pre-assembled and inspected at our warehouse before load-in. Every leg, every joint, every locking mechanism is checked before the truck is loaded. Nothing leaves our facility that isn’t confirmed to spec.

  • Load-in and Build

    Our crew arrives on-site and builds to the approved design. Every deck level is checked for stability, every surface is finished to presentation standard, and every integration point for production equipment is confirmed before the wider production team begins their own load-in.

  • On-Site Production Support

    Our staging crew remains on-site throughout your event for any adjustments, repairs, or reconfigurations between sessions. From load-in to load-out, we are there.
