    We negotiate and contract all venues – gala dinner locations, accommodation hotels, activity sites, and production venues – with full due diligence on capacity, production capability, and exclusivity.

  • Ground Transport & Logistics

    Airport transfers, inter-venue movement, and executive ground logistics. Every vehicle confirmed, every transfer timed, every delegate accounted for.

  • Gala Night Production

    In-destination production for your gala night – lighting, sound, LED walls, staging, entertainment, and crew. We bring our production expertise into the destination rather than relying on unknown local suppliers.
